Florida buyers: a 7% sales tax applies. If you are a reseller please fax your Tax Certificate to 904-730-9525; put your order number on the bottom and you will be credited the tax on your card. The item must be for resale in order to not be taxed.

Products usually ship one to two days after payment. If you have a rush order, please call to request fast shipping.

International Orders must first be approved, please send us an email for a request. We don't ship to Indonesia, Uganda, Singapore, Nigeria or Turkey unless payment is made by wire transfer. (no exceptions!!!)
We track IP addresses to help prevent fraud, so we know where you are ordering from.

Warranty:
Most items have a 30 day warranty from invoice date unless the product description says different. New items have a 30 day warranty from invoice date from Webmast.com. We don't express or imply that any item has a factory warranty. Defective items are replaced or repaired first. If repair or replacement isn't possible then a refund will be given.

There is a $50 charge for any bounced or cancelled checks and cancelled credit card authorizations! The purchaser is responsible for all collection charges involved with collecting on bad or cancelled credit cards and checks.


Return Policy
You have 30 days from the invoice date to return an item.

There is a 25% or $15 restocking fee (whichever is greater) on all returned items.
Items that had "free shipping" have a $20 minimum restocking fee. Shipping is never included on a refund.
All returned items must be in the original condition. You must have your order number before an RMA will be issued. Please allow 30 days for credits to be processed.
There are NO returns/refunds on Special Order Items.

Customer is responsible for the shipping and the cost of shipping items back to Webmast.com on all returns and repairs. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure a return is packed correctly for safe return to us. We won't cover under warranty any repairs for damages incurred during shipping.Please allow 30 days for credits to be processed.

Limitation of Liability:
Prine Systems, Inc. does not accept liability for any damages including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, loss of business, loss of data, loss of software or the provision of services and support. Prine Systems, Inc. will not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or any claim by any third party. You agree that for any liability related to the purchase of product, Prine Systems, Inc is not liable or responsible for any damages above the amount invoiced by Prine Systems, Inc. for the said product or service.

Claims: If Customer makes any claims against Prine Systems, Inc., Customer agrees that the venue for such claims will be in the Duval County, Jackcksonville, FL, USA.
